Senate cites former Bulacan assistant district engineer in contempt
Hernandez allegedly used fake identification (ID) in order to enter casinos.
He reportedly used an ID issued by the Land Transportation Office bearing the name Marvin Santos de Guzman. Hernandez denied owning the ID.
